Comply with all applicable advertising standards, platform guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

Perplexify Digital LLP is not liable for delays or performance issues arising from a client's failure to meet these responsibilities.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% on the 1st of each subsequent month. Influencer fees and advertising spend are billed separately at actuals with supporting invoices.

Late payments may result in a pause of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement — including campaign strategies, brand data, pricing, client identities, and performance metrics — unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.

This clause survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perplexify Digital LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of this website or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
